Before I kick off this post, I just want to I stand with the Black Lives Matter movement and against police brutality. You’ve probably already seen this from my social media, and I know some may be upset with it being less about music and beer these days. Yet I am not going to apologize for trying to help push a movement that needs to be amplified, and needs people from other races to stand up and fight with them. I will continue to amplify voices and showcase incidents of police brutality. If you unfollow me because of it, then I say goodbye and you won’t be missed, because what is happening is more important. It is time to stop treating people as lesser human beings/animals and call for accountability and demilitarization of our police departments. As a bi-racial person, I am saying enough is enough, BLACK LIVES MATTER!
