I can’t believe I’m already presenting another throwback year of K-Pop music videos, but my Top 100 K-Pop MVs of 2015 is here! Similar to 2014 playlist, I took my old Top 60 playlist, and then found as many music videos from 2015 as I could. I ended up having around 500 music videos total to go through. As I paired the list down, a few songs from my Top 60 found their way out of the list entirely. I always find it interesting to revisit these years and realize the songs I missed or the songs that I threw on the playlist in a rush.
When I narrowed the list down to 100 songs and began the ranking of the top 100, I realized that 2015 was a fantastic year for Hip Hop in South Korea. I haven’t revisited 2016 yet, but 2015 is a must listen for hip hop heads. All in all, songs originally in my Top 60 got shuffled around, except two tracks. My #1 and #2 songs I had in those spots back in 2015 when I made the list, never moved. Those two songs are still just as good in 2022 to hold on to being the absolute best. Enough talk about the list and my work, as its time for everyone to go enjoy this top tier playlist of K-Pop from 2015.
