This album starts off with annoying nonsensical screaming, and it doesn’t get any better. By track three I was so turned off by this utter garbage I hit stop and went to go listen to something else. No way should anyone have to listen to this before they die. Get this shit out of here.

Thrice – The Artist In The Ambulance – Rating: 3.5 / 5

A really solid and enjoyable rock album from 2003 recommended by a friend. I usually hate screaming in music, but this wasn’t that guttural screaming some metal groups have. So I ended up not hating it at all, and kind of rocked out while having breakfast and doing my morning mobile gaming. It was a nice option after that 1001 albums album I got for today.

Tha Eastsidaz – Still Easty – Rating: 3.5 / 5

There’s been a huge boon of rappers from my youth coming back and dropping some good to great new music in2024. Tha Eastsidaz manage to recreate the 90’s west coast rap scene alongside Snoop Dogg, and the result is a solid, albeit short album. I really enjoyed how this album kind of puts me back in to that time I listened to mostly west coast rap, similar to how Tha Dogg Pound did earlier this year.
