Roni Size – New Forms – Rating: 2 / 5

Aaaaah, the UK Bias of this list strikes again. A Drum N Bass album that just overstays its welcome. The album starts off as a very solid DnB album, and I was kind of getting in to it, but it never really evolved further than what it did in track 1. This wouldn’t be a problem if the album wasn’t almost 80 minutes long. By the time the halfway point hits, I just wanted the album to end. I probably would have given it a higher score if it knew when to stop, but alas it doesn’t.

Banger compilation of songs from artists like Meiko Makahara, ANRI, EPO, 1986 Omega Tribe, Yasuha, and more! From start to finish this is a must listen. I will say my copy out of the plastic had some pops and skips, but after a proper cleaning it played much better. I tried just the anti-static and it wasn’t enough, so just a heads up with this one. The artwork on the front cover is so good too! This might be one to hang up on the wall.
