Lyrically I could get down with this album, but the production itself felt so dated for an album that dropped in 2000. Felt more like something I would expect in the early 90s. The other issue is the often the production didn’t feel like it fit his delivery, with many times Mike Ladd rushes to get what he wanted to say to hit the beat notes. Just kind of all around a disjointed album that had a lot of potential to it.
