Dire Straits – Brothers In Arms – Rating: 3.5 / 5

When I saw this pop up, I started singing “Money For Nothing” immediately lol. I forgot this also had “Walk Of Life”. I am pretty sure I’ve never heard this whole album, and only what was on MTV or the radio as a kid. Overall this is a really good album, and one of the better English groups I’ve listened to from this list recently that wasn’t named The Beatles.

City Girl – Asleep In Soft Ether – Rating: 5 / 5

It’s rare for me to scream out in excitement when I see a new LoFi album show up as being released, but City Girl’s music is just at another level in the genre. So when I saw the alert from Bandcamp that it was out, I rushed to make the purchase. As expected the album is fantastic. You get a good amount of relaxing LoFi tracks, then track 6 hits and you hear tiffi’s lovely voice come out of your speakers. tiffi and City Girl have been collabing for awhile now, and it is always a perfect combination, so we thankfully get 3 tracks of them together here. We also get collabs with ry, and In Love With A Ghost, which are also lovely. If you haven’t heard City Girl, I recommend rectifying that and checking out not just this new album, but all of her past music as well.
