This is a garbage album from a garbage human being. Boring ass country music that I hit stop on a handful of songs in because I started to rage at how annoying the music was. People on the 1001 albums challenge review page kept calling this influential, but I don’t hear anything worth a damn to be influenced by.

Sad this will be their final album, but it was a great one to go out on. They kept that flavor that made me love them, yet you can tell they’ve matured in the time since they debuted. That pop rock angst just exudes from every pore of this album. The vinyl looks good with the split green and yellow, and sounds great. Had no issues with playback at all. The rest of the packaging is well done for the standards of 2024. Nothing too stand out there.

Jiselle – Therapy Session Deluxe – Rating: 4.5 /5 – Vinyl/Packaging: 4.5 / 5

This album was originally only a 4 track EP, but P-Vine record label decided to give the album 4 extra songs, and this deluxe vinyl release was born. It turns in to a project of modern R&B done right. Jiselle’s voice is captivating and flows so well over the production of each track. I also really like that the featured appearances on this album enhance the songs and don’t overshadow Jiselle in anyway. The dark purple vinyl is pretty, and the outer sleeve is solid with great cover art. My only complaint is Light In The Attic stated there would be a Japanese obi strip, but it did not come with one.
